This week, I had another first since starting at Kubus last month – my first visit to the annual Pure Accelerate 2025. A brilliant experience that gave me the opportunity to delve deep into technology, people, and how we can continue supporting our own customers.

The first session of the day featured AI & High Performance Computing, sharing highlights around AI model training with inference and access to data at faster speeds. Throughout there was a key theme focusing on operational and financial simplicity and cyber resilience.

We also had the chance to hear from Pure Storage’s CEO Charles Giancarlo who discussed the technologies and outcomes to customers around operational efficiency.

One of the guest speakers of the day was from Mars Inc. They shared how they have achieved operational efficiency, less cost, increased ROI and aligned with their sustainability strategy. Achieving success for our customers is a shared valued between Pure Storage and Kubus, listening to the success shared by Mars really inspired the audience and created some meaningful conversations during the networking session.

A key session for me was hearing from Pure’s CTO Rob Lee. During the talk, we heard about navigating data sovereignty and answering the question of ‘what are the critical software and data that I need to run for my business’. It was focused around using technology to streamline, eliminate silos and bottlenecks whilst driving successful business outcomes.

The final highlight was hearing from the Pure Co-Founder. It was refreshing to hear his view on how together, we can deliver significant customer outcomes through security, more capacity and an ever-ready approach.

A brilliant event that really brought partners and customers together for what will be the next step into the future for Pure technology.
